Terms and Conditions Enhanced Images Email
me a high-resolution photo of your little one and you will receive 3
sizes of your enhanced image plus a monochrome (A painting or drawing
in different shades of a single color) copy of the finished artwork.
(The shade will depend on either the base colour of the image, the sex
of the child or your choice). This means you can get it printed as often
as you like or onto anything you like. Prices start at £30 for
one image with up to 2 children* How do I send my photos? Email them to me at: larissa@giggleicious.com. You will need to send them as ttachments (with most email programs you will click on “insert file” or “insert attachment”). You could send me a link to an online personal photo storage web site (if you have one), . or You could send me your photos on a CD. Please contact me prior to sending anything. or you can send me a physical photo but remember that you are risking your photo getting lost/damaged in the post, and there will be a time delay. I cannot be held responsible for anything that goes missing in the post. Please contact me prior to sending anything. or If you don't have a scanner - almost all photo developing shops and internet cafes will be able to scan your photograph for you and give you a copy on disc, or they may even email it to me on your behalf. It is important that you specify they scan it as a high resolution .jpg (minimum size 300dpi) What size of photos should I send you? The bigger, the better! Please do not resize, compress, or crop your photos prior to sending them. Please where possible choose high resolution photos. (DPI) The higher the resolution, the better the quality your prints will be. If your photo is too small I will let you know. If you are scanning your photos, please set your scanner’s resolution to 300dpi (dots per inch). Save them as JPEG’s at the‘best’ quality. What format should my photos be? You will need to send photos in JPG, TTF or RAW format. If you only have them in another format then contact me and I may be able to open them. How do I get prints of my images? Before
I ask for payment I will send you the final piece of work via email
as a lower quality size image. If there are any changes you would then
like I am happy to spend up to 1 hour making revisions. After this point
all changes are final. When the final piece is completed I will email
you the invoice. Can I request the specific size of the completed image you send me in Inches for the purpose of printing? Yes, in fact it makes it easier for me if I know what size you want e.g. 5x7 or 4x6 inches. However, I can only do this if the initial image you send me is a good quality. When getting prints made of your image please make sure you order the correct size (if you requested a 4x6 inch design, don't order 5x7 inch prints or parts of the photograph will be cropped). I have a job request that isn't on your list of services, can you do it? I am more than willing to consider your request. Please contact me and we can discuss what it is you want me to do and I will help wherever possible! When you purchase an enhancement you are given the right to reprint the enhancement as often as you like on whatever media or in whatever format you want to. However, you cannot alter or add to the completed enhancement and claim the work as your own. You
may not, except with my express written permission, commercially use
the images created for you. But you may use them as many times as you
wish for personal and private use. If they are reproduced on another
web site by the client then credit must be given to the artist. Hats All of these hats are one of a kind. If you like one particular hat I can make a similar one in your desired size though it may vary from the original in both colour and buttons if it has any. But contact me I can see what I can do. These hats are truly one of a kind! The materials vary from wool to synthetic. Sizes may depend on the size of the child's head. If your purchased hat does not fit then I can either offer you a refund of the cost of the hat or negotiate making another. I reserve the right for artistic reasons to decline custom requests. Payment
of commissioned items is expected prior to work starting on the peice. All Hats should be hand washed in luke warm/cold water and dried flat. If any of the hats start to become unraveled (this should not happen) then please feel free to contact me to see if I can mend it. Clothes Felt applique clothes should be washed on a cold/warm wash cycle. I have washed one repeatedly on a white wash cycle and some colours will run into the surrounding material at this temperature. Ideally they should be hand washed and should be ironed with a warm (not hot) iron and they should not run. Toys To be added. Payment I accept Paypal, Postal Order and Cheque at the present time. Postage and Delivery I
prefer to post them on a guaranteed next day, insured postal service.
You can expect to receive your in stock item within 3 working days of
purchase unless otherwise informed. All postage costs are added at time
of purchase, or in the case of commissioned items, as part of the invoice.
If you require gift wrap a nominal charge of £2 will be made.
Safety Please read the safety guidelines and instructions for use of your item. Some items have buttons and beads and there is a warning contained within your order. Giggleicious cannot be held liable for injuries caused by misuse or damage of any item. Post purchase Support Please do contact me with any queries following your purchase. Returns and Exchanges for Hats, Clothes and Toys I hope that you will be pleased with your item(s). However- If you wish to return your item(s), please do so within 14 days of receipt and at your own cost. Items must be returned in as-new condition: unused, unwashed, in their original packaging and with all the instructions. Faulty items can be returned for a full exchange or refund. Refunds for items returned within 7 days of receipt will include the original postage costs. This does not affect your statutory rights. Please contact me before returning your item. When returning your items, please make sure you enclose a copy of the following information:name, address, and telephone number and return authorisation number which I will have given you. I recommend that you at the least get proof of postage for your returning item when you post it. Privacy My policy is not to pass on your personal details to any other organisation, this includes your name, postal or e-mail addresses. Custom orders follow a process of communication between customers and myself and therefore although returnable - I will charge a restocking fee in these cases. The restocking fee will be £3. I reserve the right for artistic reasons to decline custom requests. |
